ABOUT FOUNDER POP THAI

Computer Scientist turned Restraunter, POP THAI is the brainchild of Pratinav Meera Pratap Singh under the company House of Chi Hospitality. He is an alumnus of the School of Computer Science at the University of Manchester. A former celebrity stylist and has done marketing & PR for some of the most topical brands in India. His love for Thai food and its culture is what brought POP THAI to its inception.

The menu sees an exhibition of Thailand’s most loved dishes with an openness towards Asian techniques & influences - from Yellow Curry Fried Rice to Prawn Donuts to Deconstructed Beetal Leaf wrap to Pop Chicken Sliders to Black Rice Pudding to Nutella Coconut Pillows, there is a bit of pop with every bite.

At POP THAI, we take elements, break them up, upgrade them, and put them all back together to give you a meal you won’t forget. Hence, the dishes are deconstructed into a more elevated and pop avatar but keeping the taste true to Thai cuisine. POP THAI is very synonyms to it.
